Can I try the customer portal first?
Yes. Choose Try the demo to explore a fictional farm and practise registering a sample, tracking it and viewing an example report. No account is needed. Practice changes disappear when you refresh or reset the demo.
How do I get started?
Existing customers can sign in to register samples and view reports. If you are new to Moore Biological, arrange an account and confirm submission instructions with your laboratory contact before sending samples.
Where do I find my results?
Your issued reports are available in the customer portal. You can view individual results, download PDF reports and export your result history as a spreadsheet-friendly CSV.
Can I keep results organised by property or mob?
Yes. Your portal connects sample records with properties, mobs and individual animals where recorded. The result history lets you filter those records and revisit earlier tests.
How should I collect and send a sample?
Confirm the required test, collection method, packaging and delivery arrangements with the laboratory before collecting. Follow the instructions supplied for your submission and make sure each sample is clearly labelled.
